Wanted to share some good news that we received this week….Greg’s MRI of his brain was clear! Praise God!!! This is great news because, unfortunately, the brain is one of the places where melanoma likes to go. We are thrilled with this news and will continue to focus on the good things!
We have a tentative plan for further treatment and I will post about that later. This afternoon (1:50) is Greg’s eye surgery. They say it is minor and should take only about 20-30 minutes. Please pray that all goes well and that there are no complications.
We moved Katie home from college yesterday and it is SO good to have everyone under one roof, even though it will be for less than a week. 😦
And today we celebrate this guy’s birthday:
I can not believe that my baby is 14!!! Time goes by SO fast!! We are so blessed to have Jacob as a part of our family. He brings so much joy and laughter! He is a great kid with a sweet, tender heart and I know that the Lord will you him to do great things for His kingdom!

That is awesome! We took your advice and both went to the dermatologist today. It takes so little time, but worth it. Once a year exams from now on! Praying for complete and total healing for Greg. Happy birthday Jacob! Hope it is fabulous!

That is definitely good news. Sandra, thank you so much for all of your updates. Greg is constantly in my thoughts and prayers and I know he is in lots of others also.
